Research interests

Anja Lambrecht graduated in business administration at J. W. Goethe-University, Frankfurt, Germany and University Paris-Dauphine, Paris, France in 2000. She then worked for two years as a consultant for McKinsey & Company focusing on engagements in marketing and sales for clients in the software, telecommunications, media and insurance industry. Upon completion of her Ph.D. at J. W. Goethe-University, Frankfurt, Germany (2004) she spent six months as a visiting scholar at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Anja is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Los Angeles.Anja's current research focus is on pricing of products and services, consumer choice between products and tariffs (e.g., cell phone tariffs) and the impact of pricing, marketing activities, and acquisition and retention on profit and customer lifetime value.
